Jones Lang LaSalle was hired to sell a property called Penn's Purchase II.  In order to market the property adequately, a book with all the relevant property information needs to be created so possible investors can see the opportunity.  Panda Concepts designed the book and formatted the interior pages and the offering memorandum was then sent to interested investors.
